Terra Production is a beverage filling service factory. Terra purchased first Trasing Conveyor System for their lines 11 years ago and this project is the start of replacing old conveyors with new ones. Both Companies wanted not just simply to replace but also to improve CS in every possible sense.

This group was formed by Interroll 2015 year with the idea to bring together the highest quality small companies dealing with different areas within intralogistics, to connect them in an open and very effective and engaging way. What these companies have in common is that they cooperated with Interroll even before joining the group, which gave Interroll the opportunity to evaluate, verify and select the really best small companies globally. By engaging large resources and manpower, Interroll has created ROI network that today consists of 100 companies from all over the world. The fact that when Interroll chose members of the group, it had one in the goal that two companies never come from the same field but only one, the best.

The awarded prize for this project did not happen by chance because with this project Trasing installed a solution that neither technologically has been achieved yet nor surpassed in the national framework. A completely automated system that simultaneously (at the same time) from 20 vehicles accepts shipments of all shapes and sizes, up to 50kg in weight, pours them into the transport system and then prepares for sorting and distribution to the final destination. The system is capable of sorting shipments to 50 different destinations, with a capacity of up to 5,500 shipments per hour.

This project is presented IN VIVO and its completion and commissioning are expected at the beginning of the second half of this year and we will monitor and wait with care for the project to be handed over! STAY TUNED!

These 5 groups cover most of the industrial needs for internal transport. Most often, the Transport System consists of different types of conveyors in order to respond to requests for the handling of goods and materials in different conditions. Each of these types has an energy condition for its operation, except for Roller Conveyors - this type can be non-motorized, driven by gravity or simply by handling / pushing the load by the operator. The drive assembly usually consists of: an electric motor and a device for speed reduction (reducer) and possibly, a device for controlling and setting the speed of operation (frequent regulator). The Conveyors can perform the role independently and can also be part of the Transport System that performs the complex role of transporting materials in production and distribution environments.

In this process, it is necessary to ask the right questions and create the right picture of the client's needs and define the project task, keeping in mind future capacity expansions.
